1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to handcrafted wood designs, vintage-vibe posters, journal layouts, original photography, logos, and written reflections—is the exclusive intellectual property of Erin O’Grady.

Your purchase of a physical product does not transfer any copyright or commercial reproduction rights to you.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Authenticity & Variations

Handcrafted Wood Pieces: Because these items celebrate natural materials and textures, each piece is unique. Variations in wood grain, knots, and colour are expected and considered part of the artisanal beauty of the work.
Digital Representation: We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be 100% accurate to the physical product.

3. Fulfillment & Partner Services

To provide a diverse range of nature-inspired goods, we use a hybrid fulfillment model:

Lulu Direct fulfills our journals and stationery.
Gelato fulfills our art posters.
Ravenswood Studios directly fulfills handcrafted wood art from Ottawa. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your data (name and shipping address) will be shared with these specific partners solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers; Ravenswood Studios does not store your credit card data.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ravenswood Studios Ottawa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
